Merchants can now notify customers with an order tracking link as soon as their order is placed. Through the web page, customers can easily monitor the progress of their order, from processing to packaging, shipping, and delivery. 

Order Status Updates

A comprehensive view of the order including the order number, payment procedure chosen, and a breakdown of items purchased will be displayed on the webpage.

Estimated Delivery Time

We understand the importance of timely delivery. Therefore, with this update, the web page will prominently display the estimated delivery time for each order.

Relevant Notifications

Any relevant updates regarding the order, such as delays or changes in delivery schedules, will be promptly communicated on the web page.

Branch Level Bulk QR Code Generation

Our feature now supports the convenient printing of QR codes in bulk for Dine-In services. With just a few clicks, restaurants or supermarkets can generate and print QR codes for each table, making it effortless to implement contactless ordering.

Captcha for Login & Registration on Website

We are excited to announce the implementation of CAPTCHA for our login and registration processes. This new feature enhances the security of your web platform, safeguarding user accounts from automated bots and unauthorized access. 

Blink’s CAPTCHA integration and API protection measures are designed to uphold user privacy, preventing unauthorized access and fake registrations/sign-ups on the website. Along with safeguarding sensitive information to streamline the ordering process.

Restaurants can now define distinct operational hours for Dine-In, Pick-Up, and Delivery services at each branch location. Restaurants/Supermarkets now have the ability to define their own operational hours for live orders, beyond the traditional 12:00 am –  11:59 pm time slots. This will help you align their order processing with unique operational needs, ensuring efficient order management and timely deliveries.

With the ability to set custom operational hours, restaurants/supermarkets can accommodate variations in their schedules, such as extended business hours, specific time slots for order pickups or deliveries, or even limited availability on certain days.
